The video on my casio ex-z80 doesnt work for my comp.why wont the .mov file work with any of my video players?

do i need to download a converter thingg to make the .mov file work or something? i have no idea what to do. it doesnt work with quicktime, real player, windows media thing, or whatever. i love my camera but it drives me crazy that i cant watch what i tape! hellllpp!?!?
