could be a number of things here like you have said with you moving from a really warm climate to were it is colder your body as not got used to the change yet if you feeling tier-d A lot could you could be anaemic but the thing im looking at most is you could be coming down with a bad bout of flu but you shouldn't put a fan on that's the worst thing you can do you will end up giving yourself pneumonia try a silk throw that would be more appropriate than a fan i strongly suggest you go straight to see your dr he may give you some antibiotics but you should not be as tierd as this all the time you could do with some blood test's done
