Could i apply for indefinite leave to remain in UK?

If you can provide your medical report showing that you were unable to fly home for 96 days, it would definitely help your case. They may or may not look at the stamps in your pport. But if they do you should definitely have a good explanation as to why you were able to keep working and be sick at the same time. :-)
