Why has our government done nothing to stop other genocides, but helps Libya?

It is oil and Qaddafi has been the bad guy for years. Look at Mexico, people disappear and are never seen of again. When are we going to go into Mexico. You know it will happen soon. With how many Mexicans in the US, eventually they will be pressuring the government to do something. They are almost having a civil war.
