My head start paining while walking and when i move my head left right vigorously. pain is above my left ear?

my head start paining while walking and when i move my head left right vigorously.pain is like throbbing type. pain is above my left ear and radiating towards my left eyes. Pain is initiated only whn i move my head vigorously. so i want to know is this shows any symptoms of brain tumour?
