Would you decorate your twin girls room in a "Disney Princess" or a "Sensory Enhancement" type of room?

One of my best friends is expecting twin girls in early January. She really wants them to have a "Disney Princess" type of room, but she also wants them to have a "Sensory Enhancement" type of room, as well. I'm not sure what to tell her. I think a "sensory enhancement" type of room would benefit her daughters in the long run, but it's not my money. Can anyone give me some ideas, advice, or suggestions?
