Who is going to profit the most from GW Bush borrowing a few more Billion Dollar$ for the stimulus package ???

I'm not sure anything is going to avert depression. I sure hope that the stimulus package does something. I'm going to remain cautiously optimistic in that something is at least being done which is better (I hope) than ignoring the problem.
