Was Rihanna in a bad car accident or did she fall down a lot when she was young?

Poor Rihanna-She must have been hit by car or fallen many times when young. Cos her oversized swollen head is so badly shaped with her eyes positioned at sides of head. Her body is looks gross with oversized elephant legs and unproportional limbs.
