Just an example of wasted tax dollars, or unconstitutional?

No I didn't know this. Talk about a serious waste of money. And yes it is unconstitutional to open a legislative session with prayer. Its essentially saying this isn't a secular nation and all laws are "divinely inspired" which is a horrible thought.
