Is she lieing about her health?

a friend of my friend she lives in venezuela..last month she told him she had gall stones and she has to have surgery in may. anyways there are pics of her she took 2 weeks ago drinking beer shes really chubby and the dr told her "loose weight"is she lieing so someone can feel sorry for her?i thought with kidney stones you have to have surgery immediate?the dr said she has hypertension i think shes lieing does everyone agree with me?
