Gallbladder pain but negative test results?

I had an ultrasound that showed no gall stones and a HIDA scan that showed 86% which is good. The doctor still wants to take out my gallbladder...I am having severe backpain,pain under my right ribs but not severe, it only hurts after I eat. I have acid reflux real bad and loss of appitite,the need to go to the bathroom after I eat. The pain almost wraps around my right side into my right shoulder blade. I just don't know if I should go through with the surgery.....is it my gallbladder that is causing me this pain!??
