Going to Los Angeles this weekend; ideas for things to do?

Lucky you! I just bought a type of guide book for the greater Los Angeles area. Those are all a lot of great places to check out but unfortunately if you're only going to be there the weekend, then you won't be able to check out all of those things because you lose track of time wherever you are because everything is so magnificent. Pick the things you really want to do and the sites you really want to see. And as for 'the ghetto' I think you mean like Compton, East LA, ect. I don't suggest you visit those places if you're coming for a weekend. It's a tad more dangerous to be in those areas, especially at night so I wouldn't recommend it unless you know where you're going. And if they're selling true religions, they're probably knock-offs or something is wrong with the jeans. In all honesty, you shouldn't even be spending $100 on jeans because they're just jeans, and eventually you'll just wear and tear them and then outgrow them.
