Am I sick enough to go see a doctor or go to emerg?

I have a fever that stays between 100 - 103 consistently for the past 4 days. On sunday my temperature was 103.5. I have been taking advil, ibuprofin, and tylenol which brought it down to around 100 -101 but no lower. I have a constant head ache which hurts so bad i could cry. I am also constantly coughing which makes my temples pound everytime. This has been going on since sunday, it is now thursday. i don't want to waste time going and sitting at the doctors all day if I will get better on my own and also since there is no cure for a common cold. I have been taking vicks, robitussin, dm, halls and chicken soup and nothng seems to be working!!! HELP!
