How do you un-hide flies on CD using window 7?

friend of mine us his computer (windows XP) to put some videos on CD, but he mistakenly put them as hidden, my laptop can't find the flies calls the CD blank but u can put a thing on it, how do i fix this my friends is now over sea with no way of getting intouch with her on how to get the flies off CD using my windows 7
